STRAY BULLET HIT TWO IN BAFUT
Amba Fighter's Bullet Sent Two To Hospital Unintentionally In Bafut.
The civilian population is paying a lot of price as a result of the ongoing war in Southern Cameroons. Many have lost their lives to stray bullets as well as targeted bullets. Many still alive are now having one limb amputated as a result of bullet injuries. Seeing youths parading around settlements with guns is a normal phenomenon even to children in Southern Cameroons. The colonial LRC military is known for manipulating their guns as if human life has a duplicate. Two Amba fighters, well armed, after getting fuel for their bikes at Mambu in Bafut LGA, accidentally pull the trigger of their guns resulting in a woman and child being injured. They are currently nursing their bullet wounds in a hospital.
All will accept that an accident is an accident and unfortunately not all accidents can be avoided. It was an unfortunate incident that happened Yesterday Sunday December 11.Two persons from Mambu, Bafut LGA are undergoing treatment in a health facility after receiving bullets from the gun of an Amba fighters. The incident happened on Sunday December 11, 2022 in front of a fuel vendor at Mambu Bafut. As recounted by onlookers, two Amba boys came off a motorcycle, well armed. One accidently pulled the trigger the moment they were about to take off. In the unfortunate situation, a woman and a child were caught by bullets. This unfortunate situation caused the Mambu women to come out in their numbers with peace plants in solidarity to the wounded. The women walked around in songs as they hit the streets.
Luckily At press time, the unfortunate two caught by bullets were responding to treatment.
