Mindful of the Proclamation of the Restoration of our Independence of the Federal Republic of

Ambazonia (formerly British Southern Cameroons) on October 1, 2017, by a constituent Assembly of

Ambazonians;

Mindful of the restoration of the Government of the Southern Cameroons as the Interim Government of

the Federal Republic of Ambazonia (Formerly Government of Southern Cameroons) on October 1, 2017,

by a constituent Assembly of Ambazonians;

Mindful of the Interim Constitution of the Federal Republic of Ambazonia of 12th of June 2018; and By the powers conferred on me I hereby appoint Joseph Akemche aka Ni Joe as Secretary of State in Charge of Finance and Resources Mobilization.
