Tension in Bamenda LGA Again
Even though colonial LRC administrative authorities lie to the world that normalcy has returned in Ambazzonia heavy gunshots engulfed once more the Bamenda LGA and neighbourhoods this early morning of Thursday January 12, 2023. News just reaching Undaunted say denizens of Bamenda LGA woke up this morning in fear as heavy gunshots engulfed the city and that uncertainty loomed at Miles 4, 5, 6 and other areas in Nkwen, Bamenda LGA.
The reports add that activities were yet to gain steam following the heavy gunshots that were heard and that it was not clear if there was a confrontation between colonial LRC soldiers and Ambazonia restoration fighters — but many say “they fear leaving their homes, because they could be targeted.”
At press time Undaunted could not lay hangs on pictures as the incident was only unfolding.
